and How We Work Together

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 555jl ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 555jl online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://555jl.one and all associated services, applications, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on the 555jl platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the 555jl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

2 Eligibility

555jl reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in account suspension and, where required by PAGCOR compliance obligations, reporting to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 555jl account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or incomplete information. 555jl reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 555jl account at any given time. Opening, operating, or participating in multiple accounts — whether directly or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 555jl will suspend all associated accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and forfeit any bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555jl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. 555jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You agree to notify 555jl immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

555jl is required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations to verify the identity of all players above specified transaction thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys card, SSS ID, voter's ID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when required will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed successfully.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on the 555jl platform is ₱100. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited. 555jl accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana for Philippine peso deposits. Deposits are generally processed instantly on e-wallet channels. Bank transfer timelines may vary.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 555jl does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your KYC verification must be complete for withdrawals above applicable thresholds.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• Your account must not be under investigation or suspension.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified account balance less any restricted bonus funds.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 555jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Any currency conversion costs incurred through payment providers are the player's responsibility and are not absorbed by 555jl.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

555jl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposits matches, daily login bonuses, weekly cashback, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 30× applies to the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games may contribute 10–20%, and some game categories may be excluded entirely. Check individual bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time period stated in the offer. Unclaimed or partially completed bonuses expire automatically.

• Bonus Abuse: 555jl reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion is detected.
• Real Money First: Withdrawals are processed from real-money balance first, followed by bonus balance, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 555jl platform — including slots, live dealer, sports betting, fishing arcade games, bingo, and instant games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-action outcomes that are independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds. Past results do not influence future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on game information pages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds — they are not guarantees of returns in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round shall be declared void and any stake placed on that round will be returned to the player's account. 555jl is not liable for outcomes resulting from player-side technical failures including internet disconnection.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport. 555jl reserves the right to void markets where results are subject to official protest, investigation, or reversal after initial settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555jl platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or software to access games or place bets outside of normal player interaction.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through such means will be confiscated.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the 555jl platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any 555jl software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555jl staff members or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping in poker or live table games.

8 Responsible Gaming

555jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is entertainment — not a source of income, and not an appropriate activity for anyone experiencing financial hardship, emotional distress, or problem gambling behaviors.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 555jl players and can be accessed through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased in real time. Increases require a 7-day cooling period.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

555jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any legal hold. Bonus funds in a terminated account are forfeited in all circumstances.

A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 555jl support. Voluntary closure does not affect any bonus wagering requirements already in progress — these must be met before the associated winnings become withdrawable, or the bonus balance will be forfeited on closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 555jl platform — including but not limited to the 555jl name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software code, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 555jl or its licensed content providers (including JILI Games and other game studios) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 555jl platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 555jl content without prior written authorization from 555jl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 555jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

555jl does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. 555jl is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment provider failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms limits 555jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

555jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in the 555jl Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account with 555jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 555jl, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek a resolution. 555jl is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 555jl's internal support process, and relates to matters covered by PAGCOR regulation, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint and dispute resolution process. For all other matters, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
